“I am a brunette and have been coloring my hair for a few years. My goal is to stay as close to my natural color as possible while covering up the grays that are creeping in. I’ve always struggled with the red that was coming through though. My hair does not naturally lean red, so it just didn’t feel like me. And I was told by multiple colorists that that is just what happens when brunette dye is exposed to sunlight and there is nothing they can do.
