🌟 Skilled & Eager: A licensed cosmetologist interested in building a hair extension business and currently confident in performing high-end foundational services like styling and base colors, formulating and a decent understanding of foil work, and lived-in color techniques. You may not be an expert yet, but you’re ready to learn and evolve.

What You’ll Do:

✂️ Foundation Building: Start by handling foundational services like blowouts, base colors, basic cuts, and styling sessions to steadily grow your own client base.

✂️ Hands-On Learning: Shadow and learn from senior stylists in a real-world teaching environment where guidance is always available—no rigid “training days” required.

✂️ Advanced Education: Attend externally provided classes to expand your expertise, including a significant Great Lengths training course (valued at $3,000) after your first 6 months.

✂️ Clientele Growth: Leverage our prime Tiburon, CA location—with high foot traffic and robust marketing support—to attract both local and tourist clients.

✂️ Salon Culture Contribution: Uphold our high standards for cleanliness and organization while actively contributing to a positive, energetic team atmosphere.

✂️ Extension Expertise: As you progress, begin learning Great Lengths hair extensions, transitioning to more complex services under the mentorship of seasoned extension specialists.
